No Life Should Ever Be Forgotten

Security & Privacy

At Turning Hearts, we take the privacy and security of your memories seriously. Our platform is designed to give families full control over what is shared, while ensuring all data is protected using modern, enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Who can see the information?

When someone scans a Turning Hearts QR code, they only see the content that the account owner has chosen to share.

Private content remains visible only to the account owner through secure login access.

This allows families to decide exactly what is shared publicly and what remains private.

Where is the data stored?

Turning Hearts uses secure, U.S.-based cloud infrastructure, including Google Cloud Platform and supporting services across providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).

This ensures high availability, reliability, and data protection. No data is stored or hosted outside of the United States.

How is data protected?

We use modern cloud security practices to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest

  • Secure authentication and account access controls

  • Continuous monitoring and system redundancy

These systems are designed to keep your information safe and available when you need it.

Do you sell personal data?

No. Turning Hearts does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Your control

You always have control over your content. You can update, remove, or manage what is shared at any time.
